Proactive and detailed planning is the key to the success of a special event.  Planning ranges from informing and working with law enforcement authorities and medical providers to planning for a possible catastrophic situation.

Consideration is given to the expected patrons that will attend the event to evaluate potential problems.   

Security Manpower Assessment
Our security project management will determine the number of officers that is required for your event and where to place them. Our survey will determine exactly which are fixed guard post location and response officers. 

Doubling your security force unnecessarily does not always mean better at reducing your risk and it is not a cost effective approach.  With our expertise, we can minimize your risk and cost by proper training of our officers.   

Training
Our officers are trained for a specific event such as the physical layout, policy and procedures, how to handle a senior executive as well as rowdy patrons.  We provide our officers with extensive training on how to respond to emergency situations and when necessary to assist emergency personnel.   

Screening & Background Verification
All special event officers go through the same intensive background investigation.  We carefully evaluate which officer would best suit your special event image and operational efficiency.   

Equipment
Issuance of what type of equipment will be evaluated and who should be in possession of  them.  Equipment is a useful tool for response time.  We ensure that equipment is in working order and test it a periodically.
