By using a hand held reader that touches a chip at each patrol checkpoint it electronically records that service was performed. This records the location, date and time of the patrol. This information is transferred and printed in a hard copy form for your review. Monitoring Center Our local Monitoring Center responds and documents all nighttime transactions and produces a computer detailed report of all activities. The Center receives and records officers’ calls to confirm that the officer is on duty at their scheduled time and immediately notifies a supervisor if the officer did not call in. Automated Payroll, Billing and Scheduling System The computer generated system is controlled and managed by Westex.
