When Do You Accept Applications?
We accept applications Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During special job fairs that are posted, we accept applications and interview on Saturdays.

We are always looking for qualified officers and do not want to miss an opportunity if you apply. We make every effort to conduct interviews at the time you submit your application.

If I was invited to your orientation program does that mean I am hired?
It is simply a screening process to see if you are eligible to be hired by Westex.

Do you perform drug testing?
Yes. At the time of your orientation, you are required to submit to a drug test.

Do you provide paid training?
If you pass our hiring requirements, Westex will invest in paid training and ongoing training.

Is there a chance for promotion?
Absolutely! Westex monitors our officers performance and promotes those that have demonstrated Westex standard of excellence.

Do you hire commission or noncommission officers?
Westex is duly licensed for both.

I pass all your hiring standards, but what are the requirements for the job?
That will depend on what assignment we are hiring for. Each post has their own specific requirements and qualifications that must be met. It will be discussed during your interview.
