- Electronic Photo Identification System
Knowing who has access to your facilities is important. Westex integrates technology with physical security to gain more control. With handwritten log in transactions sometimes can be illegible. With this system it replaces the paper log in and print identification badges with an image of the visitor. After scanning the badge it creates a log on the person who is entering the building.
- Camera Surveillance Monitors
Westex can provide physical security with camera surveillance monitors by integrating with access control, intrusion detectors and other facility control. It is a useful technological way to conduct surveillance of property, vehicles or people and to prove or negate an issue or incident. Monitoring specific areas could be:
- Shipping and receiving areas
- Reception areas, elevators, hallways and exit doors
- Parking areas and perimeters
- Storage areas
- Cashier stations and vaults
- Jewelry displays
- Recreation facilities
- Electronic Guard Patrol System
This system verifies that the patrol officer performed his duty at the required scheduled time. By using a hand held reader that touches a chip at each patrol checkpoint it electronically records that service was performed. This records the location, date and time of the patrol. This information is transferred and printed in a hard copy form for your review.
Our local Monitoring Center responds and documents all nighttime transactions and produces a computer detailed report of all activities. The Center receives and records officers’ calls to confirm that the officer is on duty at their scheduled time and immediately notifies a supervisor if the officer did not call in.
- Automated Payroll, Billing and Scheduling System
The computer generated system is controlled and managed by Westex. Our system has sophisticated human resource management that tracks all officers’ information and development. This ongoing history profile helps management to make decisions that we select the right officer with the required skills for your site. Additionally, we can quickly determine recommendations for many areas such as performance and promotions reviews.
